Things you could do ahead of time… if you want:

• Watch the introductions (many of) your classmates taped

• Check out my ‘what to wear to the party’ video (which also has something about camera angles and all that)

Agenda:

• Meet and Greet (brief since you’ll already have seen the introductions, maybe….)

• A breathing lesson, on your back (we’ll start off sitting and saying hi, but eventually you’ll want the camera on that diagonal floor spot where you’ll be lying)
